Reservations & Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to room availability.
  • A reservation is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation.
  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
  • Jayo Hotels reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of fraudulent activity or incorrect information.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in, as required by local laws and hotel policies.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Applicable taxes and service charges will be added as per government regulations.
  • Jayo Hotels reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment authorization fails.

Hotel Policies

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward hotel staff and other guests.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property may result in additional charges.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Limitation of Liability

Jayo Hotels shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables brought onto the property. Guests are advised to use available safety facilities where provided.
